Once installed the extension, go to Options -> Content and choose the Advanced button on the right side to open the JavaScript Options panel you can customize the events that can open popup windows if unresizable JavaScript can open windows, close the windows, and more.
Readers will undoubtedly point just turn off JavaScript in disturbing places fully with the NoScript extension, but this is a useful extension for those who do not need to disable JavaScript in the world, but want a little more control. JavaScript Options is a free download, wherever Firefox does not work.
